Who Do You Dream to Be?

A revolutionary television program featuring real children with real dreams! With partnership of Canadian Fund for Local Initiatives, the ACTFF team got the chance to work in Burundi to shoot our first full episodes of Dreams.  In this series, girls are given the opportunity to meet a mentor and job shadow them for a day in their dream career.  Throughout each episode, while getting to know the girl, we learn with her about the academic and non-academic skills that must be mastered to succeed in their dream industry.  Each episode entertains, educates, & empowers all children to chase their dreams with the wisdom of good mentors and the perseverance their potential deserves.

The Future of Dreams

ACTFF dreams of continuing the Dreams production in additional African countries including Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania.  Girls in all of these countries face many obstacles to pursuing education and careers, and Dreams is one way we hope to come alongside strong, smart, girls and young women, and help them achieve their dreams – and better their society.
